Delivery Details 

Please note that we deliver to mainland UK only.

 

ALL OUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT & DELIVERY

Most items are held in stock and we aim to dispatch within 5 working days of receiving your order, however there are times when local holidays or postal strikes can affect delivery. Items that are sent Royal Mail recorded delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Dazzle & Glitz do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

If you require delivery to Scotland, Highlands or Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland there may be an excess charge for delivery, so please contact us sales@dazzleandglitz.co.uk for delivery charges.

Our site permits you to give an alternative address for delivery.

 

Delivery Times 

• Delivery times for all products shown on the product page are approximate and can vary over bank holiday periods 
• Please note that when you order multiple products, these may come from different sources and so may have different delivery times. 
• If you are enquiring about the delivery status of your order, please check the page for delivery time stated on the product page for your particular product as we can only chase deliveries which are overdue. 
• If you have not received your order in the time stated, then please email us on sales@dazzleandglitz.co.uk with your name and order number and we will put a track on your order and contact you with details. 
• As we use third party transport, we do not have any control over the delivery once the item has been collected from our warehouse.  Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility or be held responsible for any time or costs incurred due to late delivery. 

 

When signing for goods

• Please note when signing for goods it is your responsibility to check the contents for any damage as we cannot be held responsible for damaged goods that have been signed for as received in good condition and there may be a charge for collection of the item. 
• If it is not possible or not appropriate to check the contents of the parcel on receipt then when signing, you must state ITEM UNCHECKED on delivery note.

If you request that your goods be left without signature

• We cannot guarantee that the carriers will leave goods without a signature. If this is the case, they will leave a card requesting the customer to contact them with a date when a signature can be obtained.
• If, at the customer's request (requests should be made in the comments box of the order) the carriers do leave the goods without a signature, then the customer must take full responsibility for any damage or subsequent loss or theft of the goods.

 

Order Tracking 

Haven't received your order yet? Please follow the steps below:

• Check your mail box to see if there is a delivery note, you may have missed it when it came.
• Track the order at your local post office with the tracking no. if provided. In many cases, the sending post office had missed out the package. Your reminding them can speed up its delivery.
